The Domo connector is an analytical add-on to the Freshservice application.

To connect to your FreshService account and create a DataSet, you must have the following:
1. The subdomain your FreshService account is hosted on. For example, if you log in at domo.freshservice.com, you would just enter domo in this field. You MUST have SSL enabled on your domain.
2. Your FreshService username and password.
The installation process is divided into two sections namely, the Credentials and Details sections in the Freshservice Connector page.
1. In the Credentials section, enter the subdomain your Freshservice account is hosted on, Freshservice username and password. Once you have entered valid Freshservice credentials, you can use the same account any time you go to create a new Freshservice DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center.
2. The Details contains a primary Reports menu, along with various other menus which may or may not appear depending on the report type you select.
